Well I had a pint in Farrington's on Wednesday night and it was tasting decent to me, as good as when I tried it at Hargadons, Sligo in mid August. It's the best alternative to Guinness in the dry stout style with creamy head I've tried so far.
Im in farringtons at the monent, wanted to try shandon stout again. Glad i did, its much better then the last time i had it a few months back. Still not like the first time but quite good. . Maybe if i had it without having had a good few pints beforehand it would be even better. Just my point of view.
