There was mention recently of one of White Hag's founders setting up a new brewery on his own. It's on the September Revenue list: Onward Brewing Company in Cleveragh, just east of Sligo town centre.

Seems to be one near me called Bog Man in Daingean.

Not to be confused with Spiddal River in Galway which also has a Bog Man brand. That could get interesting.

Very early days yet, but the Oarsman in Carrick-on-Shannon just raised 20k on Linked Finance to install a small brewery.

Was chatting with Hopfully Brewing at the RDS. They've bought Metalman's old kit and are setting it up in Clonshaugh, North Dublin. Expecting to be up and running in a few months.

Is it a bad sign if you get mentioned in this thread twice, several months apart?

Anybody heard any further news regarding the brewery that's supposed to be going up in the old Iveagh Market? Completion was meant to be this year...

Delayed until next year.
Has anyone seen any actual work progressing though?

It's as bad as the Cork Event Centre (the old Beamish and Crawford site)- I did the initial site prep 4 years ago.
