Two more breweries spotted in the wild- Hyland Brewing in Cavan and Arthurstown Brewing Co in Wexford- Arthurstown is the Kevin Dundon/Dunbrody House brewery.

Blackstairs seems to be out of business now.

It wasn't a brewery. The ease at which contract brands like Blackstairs and Baile wink in and out of existence is why I don't think there's any point tracking them.

But some do go from contract to full brewery- and it's worth tracking them.

It's a shame, but can't say i'm surprised. In the offy i'm working in we haven't been able to get their beers for months now.

Alex Lawes (head brewer at Rye River) is launching his own contract brand. Scaldy Porter will be the first beer, released in a few weeks.

Not sure, Scald the ball was mentioned but that's probably not the name of the brand.

Missed opportunity of it's not Lawless Brewing.
