Domus Birra (Via Cavour, 88) is also worth a look. It's an off licence but does have drink-in option. Be sure and have some food at Open Baladin -- I loved it.

Paid a visit to Brasserie 4:20 in Trastevere.
Nice spot, good beers.
Revelation Cat is the house marque, I don't think this is brewed on site.

*bump*
Anyone any more to add here? Off to Rome in a fortnight. Domus Birra seems to have moved to an out of city centre location. Unfortunate as I am staying on Via Cavour.
Also spending 2 nights in Naples if anyone has anything to recommend there.

The only recommendation I can make that I know is still there is The Football Pub. I was there in 2009 so I'm sure a lot has changed.
TBN has been there since so will have a more up to date list.

I haven't been since this thread started so my list is pretty much the places already mentioned.

Cheers, we're doing a food tour in Travestere so will try and get down there after. I won't be mentioning to herself that it's called the "football pub" though.

It was there that I tasted my first sour beer.... wasn't too sure about it back then and now I love it.
