I'm skeptical...if they have a venue why will it take 8 months to open?

Unless they have a venue lined up and are waiting for a lease to expire?

Somebody on Twitter says the building isn't completed yet. I'd say a lot can go wrong between leasing the ground floor off plans and the place actually opening for business.
