Is this Legal??

I thought that the various weights and measures acts DICTATED that Beers, Ciders, Wines and Spirits HAD to be sold in Unified Measures.

UM means: Pints, Half Pints, Wine ( in glasses of a defined sizes in mls ) , Spirits (like wine but smaller measures for the Irish single or double) in mls.

AFAIK: You cannot dispense these bulk liquids into any measure you like.

Bottles are bottles and are sold as such on the price list

Mulligans charge €4 for that.
I havent personally experienced it, just know from talking to a friend - but he described it to me as 400ml measure - but 2/3 pint is prob what it is.
So - its €6 a pint. I think its 6.50 in against the grain - please correct me if im wrong there - cos i well could be.

Bierhaus do the same with stronger beers that would be $6 a pint.

Customers assume if they order *insert brand name* they get a pint.it's bad form to serve anything smaller without a quick mention of the serving size.
