I didn't know Wetherspoons had branches in the North. I'm not a fan of their pubs but their selection of ales is very good. When does this festival run to? I'll be in London on the weekend of the 28th.

I must remember to ask about the polypins before I have a few beers.

it's actually a bit later than i thought 23rd April, they'll have these 1/3 pint tasting glasses so you can try 3 ales for the price of a pint, nice idea.not a huge fan of the pubs but they always have good ales and they seem to promote them a bit too.
just found this on their site which is an article about the northern irish branches

Derek,

I can grab you some polypins if you like. I'm heading down with two mates and there should be room in the car. Are you in Dublin?
