Nice recipe!

I just asked my local craft butcher for some skin and they gave me about a kilo for free!

There were some lovely belly pork trimmings that I trimmed off.

I cut mine up before cooking and also over salted them (as in in dry brined them in salt for 24 hours and failed to wash them properly.

I have the rugby club thursday regulars addicted to Mr Porky (what come down from NI).

I must checkout Iceland.

Will certainly give your recipe a go!

Anyone care to write to the Simpsons writers as I'm not sure if Hommer has ever eaten pork rind on telly.

The salivating could probably re-hydrate a small African desert state!

This makes me happy.

Anyway, it seems to be back working now just in case anyone had a hankering for pig skin treats.

Nearly broke my teeth on PS the first time I had them (Lass O Gowrie). Couldn't figure out if they were toe nails or what.

Awful yokes, but each to their own!

Love a good pork scratching myself - my butcher also gives the skin away for free.
