Anyone do any cheese making? I fancy giving it a go, starting with some simple mozzarella. Does anyone know where I could get Citric Acid and Rennet? In a bricks and mortar shop if possible, or any online store recommendations if not.

Found out I can get the citric acid in pharmacies and homebrew stores. Can't find any leads on where to get Rennet. Health food shops?

Instead of citric adic u can always use lemon juice. I bought Renet on ebay. Also, if u r thinking about making mozarella get rubber gloves that will protect u from the heat.

I knew you said "bricks n mortar" but why not use HBW:
