Yesterday I got the horrific news that Andrew, our longtime web admin and the developer of the BeoirFinder app, died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack. Andrew saved this site from catastrophe twice and of course was deeply involved in our community as well as the home brewers, TOG, and much else besides. He rarely missed an event and his absence leaves a huge hole.

His funeral is on Tuesday 28th July and can be viewed online. Details are here . A GoFundMe for his designated charity Médecins Sans Frontières is being run by his cousin Sean here . And at some time soon we'll organise an online meet-up to have a few beers and toast his life.

RIP Andrew, and thank you for everything.
