Thought we could have a thread for suggesting changes to the app.

One thing I think we should do is edit the descriptions for the top beer bars. E.g. the Bull and Castle and W.J Kavanagh's have the same description.

This is the case for several Dublin pubs, which in reality means people have no idea what differentiates each pub. Someone commented on Boards.ie that they had the BeoirFinder app but were looking for a bit more info on individual pubs so what I think would help would be more personalised descriptions.

E.g.
Bull and Castle - German style beerhall with a strong emphasis on Irish beer. Often the first pub to get new releases from Irish breweries. The ground floor also houses a very good steakhouse.

W.J Kavanaghs - Dublin's best bar for cask with up to 5 beers on the cask engine at any one time.

+1 on this.

A bit more life to the descriptions of the best spots for beer would be a good thing.

I completely agree. I would also like to see location photos...

Location photos are possible with the directory. Will the app pull those down or do you need to do something for that Andrew?
