Dublin needs filters for location type, cask, draught, brewery name.

There are so many locations in Dublin city centre in the app, you are never more than a few yards from some form of craft beer and it is hard to select destinations without a filter.

Just a note on the descriptions field. The original idea was this to be a factual description, not really personalised by opinion. So, for the B&C "Bull and Castle - German style beerhall with a strong emphasis on Irish beer. Often the first pub to get new releases from Irish breweries. The ground floor also houses a steakhouse." would fit, in my opinion. It's not so much changing the app, but getting the content updated, and that is a community effort. We shied away from a reviews module originally as we felt there were other sites doing that type of thing. Plus, locations may come and go, and we remove locations if they drop Irish microbrewed beer, so people might be pissed off if their reviews also disappear.

On the images, the option has always been there to upload an image, but again, it needs the Beoir community to provide them. If they are there, I'm sure Andrew can do something with them!

This would be very cool, and would fit into the Available Beers field. As you say, it's the time needed to update these things so, again, it's either the community, or for some that are active on Twitter, for example, Andrew's idea of harvesting from feeds to automatically update. I reckon that's a pretty small percentage of the whole directory that broadcasts their beer list online (plus we only need the Irish ones).

I got an update of BeoirFinder last night so popped it open, I noticed that the pubs on the app are not the same as the pubs in the directory, I noticed this cos my local is in the directory but doesn't show up on the app, is there a way we can add to the app like we do the directory?

It's all the same database. Which pub is it?

It might be something to do with being verified perhaps? Andrew would know though.
